Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer a simple, tiered shipping rate based on your total order value. The more you shop, the more you save on shipping!

  • Orders $0.00 – $69.98: Standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.99.
  • Orders $69.99 and above: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.
(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.)

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
REORIA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees.

Lost or Missing Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, or reach out to us at perlie@reoria.com for assistance.
