Changed your mind? No worries — returns are easy. Simply return your item (please note: initial shipping costs are non-refundable), and we will refund your purchase immediately.
Our mistake? If the return is due to an error on our part — such as incorrect size, color, address, or item out of stock — we will take full responsibility and issue a full refund. (Fund processing time depends on your payment method.) If you love our products, we recommend coordinating a replacement instead.
Quality concerns? If you're dissatisfied with the quality of your item, please email us. Our customer service specialists will assist you. If it’s confirmed as a product defect, we’ll provide a warehouse return address and cover the one-way return shipping fee.
Product not as described? If the item does not match the pictures or descriptions online, you can email us to apply for a replacement after verification by our after-sales team. We’ll cover the one-way shipping cost.
Wrong choice? If you chose the wrong size, color, pattern, or shipping address within 3 days of placing the order, we’ll process an exchange unconditionally. If it’s been more than 3 days and the item has shipped, you’ll need to cover two-way shipping, and a fixed $5.99 shipping fee will apply.
